Platform Rules & Player Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1jjj", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 1jjj platform available at 1jjj.net and its affiliated entities operating under international gaming license oversight.
• "Platform" means the 1jjj website, mobile browser interface, applications, gaming systems, and all related tools and services made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a verified account on the 1jjj Platform and is accessing its services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 1jjj registration process.
• "PKR Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's 1jjj Account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money staking activity conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, slot play, live dealer tables, sports betting, and crash games such as Aviator.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-withdrawable promotional credit granted to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which may include CNIC verification, mobile number confirmation, and liveness checks as required by 1jjj.

Access to and use of the 1jjj Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions set out below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jjj enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming and betting services. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 1jjj reserves the right to request CNIC or other government-issued identity documents to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By accessing 1jjj, you represent that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information, must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Personal Use: Accounts are for the personal use of the registered Player only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place wagers on your behalf, or operate your Account in any commercial or systematic manner.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. 1jjj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must immediately notify 1jjj support at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
• 1jjj strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts linked to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank payment methods.
• All activity conducted through your Account credentials will be attributed to you. 1jjj shall bear no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Do not access your 1jjj Account from shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks. Always log out fully after each session, particularly on shared devices.

1jjj employs 256-bit SSL encryption via TLS 1.3 across all Platform communications. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and are never retained in plaintext. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission is entirely secure and that 1jjj cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

All financial transactions on the 1jjj Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. 1jjj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to KYC verification status, payment provider processing times, and any applicable security review. Expedited processing is available for verified Players at higher loyalty tiers.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 1jjj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at time of transaction. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network fees which are the Player's responsibility.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to any third party are strictly prohibited. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own legal name.

1jjj may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" conditions) as specified per promotion. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period specified at the time of grant. Bonus Funds not utilised within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Full contribution rates are listed in the Promotions section of your Account dashboard.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse: 1jjj reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
• Loyalty Program: Points earned through the 1jjj Loyalty Program are governed by the separate Loyalty Program Terms accessible on the loyalty page.

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer products, and crash games (including Aviator) available on the 1jjj Platform are governed by the following general gaming rules:

• RNG Integrity: All non-live casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited. Results are statistically random and cannot be influenced by 1jjj, game providers, or Players.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, 1jjj reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period may be voided.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected mid-game, the game state will be preserved where technically feasible. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection. 1jjj is not liable for losses arising from network disconnections on the Player's end.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. Placing bets that circumvent technical limits through any means is a violation of this Agreement.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game carries its own rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before wagering real money.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 1jjj, including cricket (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20s), football, UFC, and other available markets:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 1jjj at its sole discretion. 1jjj reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected match manipulation, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns.
• Odds: Odds displayed are indicative and may change until a bet is formally confirmed by the system. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment of bet placement, not those displayed at the time you began the bet slip process.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. Bet acceptance during in-play markets may be delayed by a brief suspension window to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. 1jjj shall not be liable for bets placed based on results already determined at the time of placement.
• Event Cancellation / Postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours from its scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts.
• Cricket-Specific Rules: For Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) affected matches, settled markets follow the official DLS result. Incomplete matches that reach the minimum overs threshold for a result will be settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjj Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from confirmed exploits will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to assist in gameplay or betting decisions in a manner that circumvents fair play.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the 1jjj Platform.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith against legitimate 1jjj transactions.
• Any conduct that 1jjj reasonably determines to be abusive towards its staff, support agents, or other Players.

1jjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base in Pakistan. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and mandatory break periods within Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Configurable on-screen notifications remind Players of session duration and cumulative wagering during active gaming sessions.
• 21+ Policy: 1jjj strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

All content on the 1jjj Platform, including but not limited to the 1jjj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jjj or its duly licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 1jjj Platform without prior written authorisation. Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjj's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1jjj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming opportunity due to scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
• Network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions on the Player's end.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or cryptocurrency networks).
• Data loss resulting from events outside 1jjj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain Account security or act upon security alerts issued by 1jjj.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1jjj Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] or via live chat. Include your Account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs. 1jjj will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 1jjj's compliance team will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 1jjj's applicable gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation body will be provided in the written response at Step 2.

During the dispute resolution process, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of the disputed transaction. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.

1jjj reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 1jjj will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available balance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1jjj holds its international gaming license. Players acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into in the context of international online gaming services.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
